Laura Wasser's Bedtime Profile

Bedtime Bling:

I can't sleep with much jewelry on.  However, my diamond toe ring never comes off!

Nightly Nosh:

A big glass of water, or hot cup of peppermint or hot chili tea.

Bedtime Book:

I read pretty much every night before I go to sleep; first with my children who are 8 and 3 and then on my own.  I need at least a few pages of whatever is on my Kindle to quiet my mind and power down for sleep.

Sleep Secret:

Clean and moisturized.  Face washed, teeth brushed, moisturizer and lip blam applied...sweet dreams!  If something is keeping me awake or thinking, I will often turn on the light and make a note of it or a list of the things that need attention in the morning.  Once I have written it down,  it can wait until tomorrow and I will be certain I don't forget.

Sleep Suit:

Silk or cotton slips.

Crash Pad:

I get my best sleep at our trailer in Point Dume.  It is so quiet and peaceful there.  A full day in the sun and the sea is the perfect lead up to a restful night in clean, white cotton sheets.

Lights Out:

10:30 - 11pm.  I am an early riser so I try to turn in early as well.
