It's that time of year again when our habits get examined. Gaining weight? Not exercising enough? Need to clean up your act? Not enough sleep? This month and probably for the next few weeks, sleep will be front and center. Why? Well, National Sleep Awareness Week is approaching on the 5th of March, so everyone is gearing up. But, a few other luminaries have taken an early swing and are speaking volumes about the benefits of a good night's sleep.
A few weeks ago, Bedtime Network's Cindy Bressler attended an event at ABC Home in New York City where Arianna Huffington extolled the benefits of a good night's sleep, and this week, Dr. Oz is sharing his thoughts and ideas on the subject. We like what everyone has to say and we're thrilled that they're helping us get the message out!
